SDMBA Ride Guide PDF Print E-mail

San Diego County offers a variety of trails for beginners, intermediate and advanced riders. We have put together this guide of all our favorite areas to ride. Whether you are a visitor to San Diego or new to mountain biking here we hope you will get out on the trails and have a great time. The guide describes parks and open spaces we love to ride, the type of riding, directions from the city of San Diego, and current conditions. For each area we've mapped out one or two of the best rides, included level of ride, map, distance, riding time, elevation gain and a GoogleEarth link.
For a list of rides click on the list of parks below. Look for rides maked EPIC or NOT TO BE MISSED (NTBM) if you have a limited time in San Diego.

WE ARE CURRENTLY MAPPING THE TRAILS AND WILL POST THEM AS COMPLETED- Please be patient
