Al discussed Budget revision. Recommended to watch membership dues - why? Credit cards expire; members may be hesitant to renew due to health crisis.

Item 1. 2020 Budget revision/review (Al, Susie)
Equity 134k ; against that is 39k in restricted grants; This leaves 100k in liquid reserves. We will hold follow-ups on the budget review as we do every meeting.
Item 2. 2020 events and fundraising DRAFT Plan (Susie)
Giving Tuesday NOW may be a Facebook event.
Susie has been talking with Canyon Bikes/BWR pushed back their summer event to Sept. 8th. - we’re a partner.
VBWR - talk of doing a Virtual Belgian Waffle Ride;
10k grant from REI has been converted to a no strings attached grant;
Josh - our membership is solid enough to do an “ask” possibly in May.
When trails open back up, set up our tent at trailheads -?
If we postpone ride to next year, could we use this an an opportunity to outreach to those already registered to ask if they’d be willing to donate their registration fee. Full discussion around giving registrants to donate.
If we were to retain the ride for the fall, what if the Virus were to resurface and we’re back in quarantine and we’ve done all the work -
Could we add a long ride option to ex: Cuyamaca?
Will Green Flash be in business in the fall?

Member survey will be closed down tonight then it will go out to all through Trail News.
