  • County small business stimulus grant app to be submitted tomorrow.

Item 3.  Truck Purchase

             Up to $30,000 not including tax, license, registration

Discussion: Ben has been using his personal vehicle. Diesel allows for      greater mileage. Need crew cab; 4 wheel dr. All our mobilization projects require a heavy truck.

Al commented that 30k would be of our equity;

Truck rental we have used  is $150/day + Ben’s time

Factor in annual cost - registration and insurance; does this increase our general liability? We have non-owner coverage now. Waiting on insurance person to give us a quote. 4 w/d vs. 2 wheel is more expensive to insure.

Our trailers are not insured (for theft) unless we have an auto policy attached.

Item 4.  Marketing and Communications Staff Position (est. early 2021)
