Add to July agenda - Working on Quickbook reconciliation for MLTF

Based on increase in attendance, etc revenue will increase. Last year
Proceeds all went to USFS Laguna project. For 2019, 25% of proceeds
will go to USFS Laguna Projects as approved by district.

Item 5. Storage/equipment and grants Updates (Ben/Susie)
County of SD Neighborhood Reinvestment Grant money to be approved on 6/26 - $20,000. REI grant funds $15,000 is in the bank. Also applying to Gaspar’s office SD Neighborhood Reinvestment Grant for Cargo trailer $6,000. Storage Container larger size needed and will be placed at Sweetwater Summit Park on Friday 6/21. Storage challenges this winter with tools but newly developed tool inventory will track check outs.

Item 9. Tool Buy $500 Black Mountain (from Arch Ride Funds), $500 Descanso Ranger District (Mt Laguna money) and $3,500 general tools ($2,000 Black Widow & $1,500 Mt Laguna) $4,500 total

Item 10. San Marcos park development (Ben)
San Marcos parks and rec is looking at a potential bike park development at Bradley Park. 8 acre site adjacent to already developed portions of the park. Prop 68 Grant being researched now by the city for submittal later in the year.
