Item 1. DRAFT Developer Release - kevin (30 min)
Our statement was developed by going back to our mission; held full discussion around how we want to present this. Focus is on support for sustainable trails.
Item 2. 2020 DRAFT Budget review
Item 3. SDMBA City of San Marcos MOU regarding bike park (Ben)
City is receiving prop 68 money which they want to put toward a bike park. Our commitment is $2,000. The friends group (non-profit arm of San Marcos) is contributing $10,000. We will most likely give the money to the Friends Group, and they’ll give the whole amount.
Al recommended to make this a 2019 transaction.

Item 4. Membership Marketing Update (Ben)
Has slowed down in terms of growth, year over year. Continue to fine tune end of year marketing for membership.
Item 5. Intern update (Ben/Susie) - We’re still recruiting for this position.
Item 6. Board Recruitment (Susie) - discussed prospective recruits. Please keep eyes and ears open for prospects.
Al recommended to begin looking for his replacement now. His 2 year term comes up in May 2020. It takes a long time to find the right person. Someone with a strong skills with Quickbook online is desirable. Susie will go back to the other 2 who applied to the position 2 years ago.
