Mission Trails Regional Park

Mission Trails Regional Park - City of San Diego

Mission Trails Regional Park is one of the largest urban parks in the United States and is centrally located and only eight miles northeast of downtown San Diego, Mission Trails Regional Park provides a quick, natural escape from the urban hustle and bustle.
While there is a lot of fire road here, there is some singletrack that offers some fun as well.

There are several staging areas at which to access trails of varying degrees of difficulty. For a great view and a hefty climb, you can even ride up to the summit of Cowles Mountain.
