Kevin commented on Archipelago fee carryover (to next year) - proposes to not have the fee carryover by default.
Don suggested next year to send out email to registrants from this year, stating you were registered last year, if you’d like to confirm for 2021, do so here by x date. If not, you may donate your registration cost.

SDMBA Survey results regarding ebikes
Survey was done to get a feel for how people are thinking in order to put together comments for June 8th.
Can we make a summary statement? Should we/do we need to take a position?
Situation is fluid - Review the data more often in order to eventually take a position. It is unknown what percentage of those purchasing eMTB ride on trail.
Note: 50% of survey participants are over 50.
Item 4. Trail Work Updates (Ben)
Pacific Highlands Ranch trail done. Cost Estimates sent to Pardee.
Daley Ranch - working on now/ Mini excavator deployed to Daley 5/19.
Penasquitos - rerouting Sidehill Trail
Item 5. City of San Diego Parks Master Plan Public Comments Due 6/1 (Matt)

Item 6. Bell Program for PQ and Black Mountain (Matt)
2 stations will be @ PQ and 3 at Black Mtn. Cost - $1,000.
Item 7. CAMTB update and consideration of 2 members for CAMTB Advisory Council (Susie) Kevin resigned last week due to time constraints.
50 people on a statewide call last week, used our Zoom account to enable this to happen! Let Susie know if we are interested in Advisory Council.
